The Manager communicates the Lender's request to the examiner before field work begins
The Manager speaks with the examiners several times during the field work and report back to the lender
Examiners submit workpapers each evening to a central mailbox, and the Manager has the option of reviewing the deal (paticularly on pre-loans or difficult engagements).
Each exam is reviewed twice:
Once for spelling, accuracy and grammar, and
A Manager review, which looks at higher level issues with the collateral, the credit and the structure.
In most cases, exams are submitted to the Lender the Friday, following the week of field work
We do not use administrative staff to schedule exams, only our managers.
Our exam managers will discuss the transaction with your relationship manager and audit manager so that we understand the deal points and concerns.
Our exam mangers will discuss the scope with you and tailor it to your specific need.
We have designed our process, so that from start to finish, our communication is strong and our reports are of the highest quality.
