Financial Statement Analysis
We perform a detailed analysis of financial statements.  Our goal is to not just “spread” the data, but to really understand the direction of the borrower.  Why are sales increasing?  Is it sustainable?  Why are margins decreasing?  It’s not enough anymore to just look at EBITDA.  It’s important to understand where EBITDA is going and how it affects the future viability of the borrower.

Availability recalculation and Trend Cards
We can recalculate the borrower’s availability calculation and make suggestions to improve lender’s.  We also trend availability on daily, weekly or monthly basis and recognize unusual increases and decreases in availability.

Covenants
